To validate this guarantee, the buyer must have the said puppy checked by his/her licensed veterinarian within 72hours of receipt of the puppy, allowing an extra day for weekend or holidays. Failure to do this causes all contracts regarding the puppy to become null & void. (No Exceptions)

If the puppy is found to be unsound, it can be returned for a replacement with another puppy of equal value with all shipping expenses to be paid by the buyer. This is provided the puppy is returned within two weeks of possession and is accompanied by a letter from the examining veterinarian stating in what respect the puppy is unsound. The breeder will not supply a replacement puppy in the event of any problem that is not related to a life-threatening genetic defect that is determined to have been present since birth. Should a licensed veterinarian diagnose the puppy with a life-threatening genetic defect that is determined to have been present since birth, the breeder will replace the puppy for up to one year from the date on this contract. Original puppy must be returned within 24 hours from time of diagnoses, along with all the paper work (You agree to fill out all necessary forms to return ownership of puppy to breeder.)
